Mr. Pradeep Khandelwal, Director & CEO of Excelencia Securities Pvt. Ltd., is involved in providing strategic advisory services to domestic and overseas firms, facilitating tie-ups and business co-origination for large domestic brokerages and NBFCs.

He previously served as Executive Director at Edelweiss Custodial Services, a SEBI-registered Professional Clearing Member (PCM) & Custodian in India, where he headed the Domestic Brokerage Business. He brings over 30 years of rich experience across various domains, including Treasury, Banking, Finance, Fund Raising, Lending, Private Equity Deals, Compliance, Securities Market Laws, Legal, Secretarial, and strategic revenue growth planning. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree.

He has also served as a Member of the Risk Management Committee of India International Exchange (INX – GIFT City). Additionally, he was a Member of the Sub-Group on CRS under the Automatic Exchange of Information initiative, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He has served as a Member of the Advisory Committee of Metropolitan Clearing Corporation and as a Member of the Copper Advisory Group of Dubai Gold & Commodity Exchange (DGCX).

He has held various positions on multiple committees of the Government of India, CBDT, SEBI, Indian & Overseas Exchanges, and their Clearing Houses. He has also been associated with several industry bodies, including PHD Chamber of Commerce and the Association of National Exchanges Members of India (ANMI), where he served as Vice Chairman of the Commodities Participants Association of India (CPAI) and as a Board Member of the BSE Broker Forum (BBF). Currently, Mr. Khandelwal serves as an Executive Member of the Association of National Exchanges Members of India (ANMI) – Western Region.
